Michael was born in Houston, Texas and spent the majority of his childhood in the state of Kansas. He has lived in many neighborhoods in and around The Heights, Spring Branch, and Katy, where he currently resides.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Communication/Public Relations from Pittsburg State University, Michael knows how to professionally conduct himself in business matters and knows the importance of effective communication, especially throughout a Real Estate transaction.
Michael chose real estate as a career because of his love for meeting new people and helping families find their dream homes.

Thomas W. (Tom) Coltharp was born and in Baton Rouge, LA and raised in Beaumont, TX. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1966 with a B.S. in Animal Science. After working in the animal feed and finance industry he obtained his Real Estate license in 1970. He was a State Certified Appraiser for many years and has assisted companies such as Freddie Mac, Exxon and numerous banks.

He is presently an Associate Real Estate Broker with First Group Real Estate in Conroe, TX. Tom has served in all disciplines of Real Estate from sales of timberland, office buildings and residential properties. He is active in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of Conroe and has served on various boards of civic and professional organizations in the community and Montgomery County.

As a 2nd generation Native Houstonian, Anna definitely knows Houston well. She has extensive experience in the Real Estate industry; she also has 25 years experience in sales, negotiating, and management and has excellent communication skills. She also sets aside time to continuously volunteer at her local post of the American Legion Auxiliary and has for over 15 years, where she has held different leadership positions.  She is competent and skilled in preparing comparative market analysis, and knows the Houston market.  She is Bilingual in English and Spanish.  Making homeownership a reality one family at a time!

Jennifer is a REALTOR ® in the Montgomery County area! She has been a resident of Montgomery County her entire life and is now raising a family here! Jennifer has always been extremely active in her local community. She has been working with the general public for over 15 years. Throughout High School and College, she worked for a few of Montgomery Counties best local restaurants. After College, she worked with the school district and then left to work for a local government municipality for over seven years. While working for her municipality it was her mission to exceed the citizen's expectations and she still applies that to her work today!

During Jennifer's time working for her local municipality, she accomplished working her way up from Permits, to Utility Billing, to Community Development and then to the Legal & Administration Department as an Executive Secretary. With the life change of becoming a mother, she is now pursuing a career in Real Estate where she can enjoy helping her community and using the knowledge she's gained over the past few years. Jennifer and her husband enjoy staying on top of local events & things going on in their community. She also stays involved in keeping up with her local City Council Meetings.
