I was born and raised in Pearland, and grew up with 5 generations within eyesight of each other on a small farm. After graduation I moved around Clear Lake and eventually called Friendswood my home with my husband, son, and daughter. I am part of a team of highly knowledgeable Realtors that support each other. Knowledge and education are a priority and I take time to learn the constant changes regularly. In addition to real estate I also have over 10 years of personal insurance background. I love meeting and learning your stories. I believe in the golden rule of treating others as you would want to be treated and want you to feel comfortable and confident in the sometimes-overwhelming process of being a homeowner. Lasting friendships are icing on the cake! I enjoy entertaining with the numerous neighbors who have become dear friends and volunteering as coach to my son's soccer team and daughter's t-ball. Stephanie earned her real estate license in 2009, shortly after graduating from the University of Houston - Clear Lake with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. She then went to work for a long-time friend to assist in growing her own real estate business and, in the meantime, honed her skills in contract writing and negotiating. Shortly before the birth of her first daughter, she took a position at a local title company to learn the ins-and-outs of the closing process from the title company's perspective.

In 2021, Stephanie joined Re/Max American Dream in her hometown of Friendswood, Texas. While she loves helping buyers find their dream home, she specializes in working with sellers to market and sell their properties.

Stephanie, her husband, and their two daughters currently live on the outskirts of Friendswood, in a small neighborhood only minutes from her parents. They spend their free time enjoying the outdoors with friends and family, watching an array of sports, and traveling.
