Hello and please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Latisha Bradshaw A Native to Liberty County, I was raised and grew up in Tarkington and Dayton. I am a Class of 1992 Alumni from Tarkington High School. I currently reside with my family in Dayton. Being a Realtor allows me to work from my home office and still be a full time Mom. I completed my Real Estate Education in 2018 and I am licensed to practice through the Texas Real Estate Commission. I have always had a passion for real estate, design and decorating. Being a full time Realtor allows me to have a Career that I love and that I am so very passionate about. Being from this area I am very competent and knowledgeable about the current Market Trends locally and in the surrounding communities. My clients are my top priority and every single one receives an exceptional level of personal attention. I take the trust that each of my clients put in my hands very seriously. I have lived in the east Houston area for about 30 years and for about 20 of those years I worked in different areas of the legal field, including real estate. Through that experience I bring to my clients, ethics, attention to detail and excellent customer service and my commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. Most important to me is providing the highest level of service to my clients in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. I am a proud Mom, Nana and wife. We raised our three children, in Liberty and Chambers County, and now I have three granddaughters and one grandson. My oldest son is in the oil industry, my daughter is a teacher in Dayton ISD and my youngest is in the Army. My family's roots are here and I want to do my part to see my grandchildren grow in an area that they can be proud to say "this is home".
